Cantuccini Toscani al cioccolato
Ingredients: 4 eggs, 250g of sugar, a pinch of baking powder, 100g of melted butter, 500g of flour, 200g of toasted almonds with peel, dark chocolate in small pieces (to taste)
Mix the eggs, sugar, a pinch of baking powder and melted butter.
Once you have obtained a fluid mixture, add the flour a little at a time.
Stir in the toasted almonds and the chocolate pieces and make two long cylinders with the dough, brush them with the beaten egg and bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
Then cut the cylinders into slices and put them back in the oven for another 5 minutes
