Gnudi di Maremma
Ingredients for 4 people
- 350 g of ricotta
- 400 g of spinach (to boil)
- 100 g of grated pecorino
- 2 egg yolks
- Nutmeg q.b.
- Salt to taste.
- Pepper as needed.
Combine all the ingredients and form mashed balls and boil in salted water for a few minutes.
